UBSS is actively engaged in mainstreaming the stature of persons through skill development and generating employment opportunities for them. UBSS is also engaged in post placement follow-ups and accordingly intervenes to ascertain sustainable employment of Pwds.
UBSS adopts a threefold strategy to facilitate sustainable employment of individuals. It involves job mapping, in house placement openings, and job fair for people. Through all these activities UBSS has successfully placed many Persons through all its centers.
Job mapping involves the process, wherein, job opportunities for people with disability are tapped in the organization. And, then based on mapping of job requirements of candidates, candidates are placed.
Under, In-House placement, candidates are placed in various organization by matching the requirements of company and individual's profile. Under this process, employment team acts as an interface between hiring corporate and candidates. A follow-up is also maintained with the placed candidates, to be acquainted with their possible concerns and its management.
Third strategy followed at UBSS encompasses Job fairs wherein, a single platform is provided to persons and companies to aid the process of employment. In this initiative, UBSS team provides companies the list of prospective candidates matching to their profiles and then candidates are selected through on the spot interviews.
